Faceit smurfing false Ban

What should I do if the faceit system thinks you're a smurf? I've already contacted support team.They haven't answer to me for several days now.It's just that to my surprise, this is the only account that has been played by me all the time, and I also don't use any programs.Maybe someone has encountered the problem of an erroneous Ban?

Faceit does not ban by rating in Premier.In my case, the faceit system thinks that I have another account. But I don't have it.

While we cannot reveal the specific methods used, the Anti-Cheat detects multi accounts by analyzing a combination of account information and player behaviour patterns.

When they say "account information", do you think they mean your favorite color and your posts in off topic, or, maybe, Counter Strike related data???

OR

Change your ISP.
Get a new motherboard and a new GPU and CPU.

Make new accounts for Steam and face it.

Enjoy a fresh start with little traces to the old accounts.

Your chances are very low. I can't say that it's 0, because I don't work for face it. But based on what you posted, kinda hard to get unbanned.

but First of all, the faceit support, whether live or chat or email, generally does not read the request and does not answer the topic at all, just writes something half-nice that makes you feel heard without a solution or explanation, support or help!!!

I'm in the same ELO as you. My brother came to visit me at home and played on Faceit for the first time on the second computer because he doesn't really play PC games anymore due to lack of time. After we had both played about 5 matches together and we had won those games really well, my brother and I were reported by the opponents and while we were playing too. So we play 2 accounts together in the same match and after the 14 reports relating to 3 games, Faceit permanently banned my brother's account and gave my account a time block of one and a half months. The reason given was that my account had smurfed in the 5 games.

Faceit's statement was that I had smeared
my account 680 Elo and brother account 1150 Elo
So I played in 5 matches on 2 accounts at the same time and helped the worse account with a better account, although both accounts have completely different statistics, he is better than me, rarely plays and I am bad and play a lot

1000 elo was also deducted from my account so that I ended up at 100 elo. There was no answer or help about this, it's just how it is now, we're sorry but you've had bad luck now, you'll just have to live with it.
I'm OK, I bought the premium pass over 12 months ago and gave Faceit a lot of money so far, OK, from now on Faceit won't get a cent from me and no more games on this platform from me, with this blatant indifference and disinterest and yes, thanks to CS2 I don't need Faceit for anything anymore

I understand that such a large corporation does not have enough time to understand the situation. But this also demonstrates the imperfection of their system, which is why I wanted to draw attention to the problem with this post. Maybe in the future, if I manage to unblock my account. Today I signed in on face it and I cant really do anything because their "highly accurate" system flaged me for being a smurf. I can verify but im not 18 yr old and I dont have any id that is supported. I tried using some id from internet but no use.
