Faceit smurfing false Ban

What should I do if the faceit system thinks you're a smurf? I've already contacted support team.They haven't answer to me for several days now.It's just that to my surprise, this is the only account that has been played by me all the time, and I also don't use any programs.Maybe someone has encountered the problem of an erroneous Ban?

Do not write that the ban for smurf is justified, and the system cannot make a mistake.

Your best bet would be contacting the community manager on their reddit.
