Any way a 7 day ban can get removed?

I was holding long on office where my teammate walked into my crosshair same time as an enemy walked into my crosshair resulting me in shooting him and me getting banned for 7 days.

There is no way you can remove a ban. The only solution is to not stack your bans.

You have obviously been griefing and trolling for a while. You don't start with a 7 day ban.
