3. Launch Options (Steam)
Go to CS2 > Properties > Launch Options, and add:

(You can also try +fps_max 200 if you want to cap FPS)
4. Windows Optimizations
Game Mode: Enable
Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling: Enable
Disable Background Apps: Run msconfig > Disable unnecessary startup apps
Set CS2 to High Priority: Open Task Manager > Details > cs2.exe > Set Priority to High
5. Overclock GPU
If comfortable, he can use MSI Afterburner to slightly increase core clock and memory clock for extra FPS.
6. Monitor Refresh Rate
Make sure his monitor is running at 200Hz:
Right-click on Desktop > Display settings > Advanced display settings > Set refresh rate to 200Hz
7. Check CPU Bottleneck
The Ryzen 3 3200G might be limiting FPS. He can check CPU & GPU usage using MSI Afterburner.
If CPU usage is 100% and GPU usage is lower, then the CPU is bottlenecking.
To fix this, he can overclock the CPU slightly or lower CPU-intensive settings (like shadows and effects).
