Help with getting more FPS in cs2

My pc specs are : Ryzen 3 3200g
GTX 1660
16 GB RAM

I need more fps, as I recently bought a 200hz monitor and right now getting around 80-90 fps. If anyone could help me I would be really happy. My discord is 9zvr

Render Settings: Low (Turn off FidelityFX)
V-Sync: Off
NVIDIA Reflex: Enabled + Boost
MSAA: Off or 2X
Texture Filtering: Bilinear
Shadows: Low
Ambient Occlusion: Disabled
Shader Detail: Low
Effects & Particle Detail: Low
Global Shadow Quality: Very Low
2. NVIDIA Control Panel Tweaks
Set Power Management Mode: Prefer Maximum Performance
Set Low Latency Mode: Ultra
Threaded Optimization: On
Texture Filtering Quality: High Performance
Enable G-Sync/Freesync (if available)
3. Launch Options (Steam)
Go to CS2 > Properties > Launch Options, and add:

(You can also try +fps_max 200 if you want to cap FPS)

4. Windows Optimizations
Game Mode: Enable
Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling: Enable
Disable Background Apps: Run msconfig > Disable unnecessary startup apps
Set CS2 to High Priority: Open Task Manager > Details > cs2.exe > Set Priority to High
5. Overclock GPU
If comfortable, he can use MSI Afterburner to slightly increase core clock and memory clock for extra FPS.
6. Monitor Refresh Rate
Make sure his monitor is running at 200Hz:

Right-click on Desktop > Display settings > Advanced display settings > Set refresh rate to 200Hz
7. Check CPU Bottleneck
The Ryzen 3 3200G might be limiting FPS. He can check CPU & GPU usage using MSI Afterburner.

If CPU usage is 100% and GPU usage is lower, then the CPU is bottlenecking.
To fix this, he can overclock the CPU slightly or lower CPU-intensive settings (like shadows and effects).

cl_forcepreload 1 does not even work in cs2 and did not even work in csgo for the past 4 years lmao
