Counter-Strike 2 performance issue on my laptop

my game wasn't running the greatest during csgo time. It was about 60fps playable enough for me. I spend more than 750 hours and CS-2 is quite unplayable. when someone surprises me.
the game freezes making me "uncompetitive" I am 15 years old and till 17 i can't buy a new computer. so i have to stick with my old laptop which is about 8 years old, still useable
for minecraft and fortnite. But cs2 is running at 30 to 50fps which is acceptable to me but the stutters ruin the experiance. there are my laptop specs:

i upgrade some stuff on my laptop like ram and installed an nvme ssd(mine came with an hhd from the factory btw)

If anyone knows how to optimize the game to make it stutter less i would be more than happy to play 30 to 55fps.

counter strike is most favourite game that i spend my time learning recoil control, master utility lineups, Aim,etc

i would really appreciate any help here.

my game settings are all lowest,
expect antialiasing and textures,
antialiasing: CMAA2
textures: Medium
resolution ingame:1600x900, native resolution:1080x1920
FSR: quality

(You need upgrade your CPU and GPU or get new computer or laptop whatever your option, sorry)

Try to lower resolution of your laptop
like 1360x768 or your option when playing on cs2

try to lower graphics settings game and etc

i'm not sure if your laptop can run vulkan on cs2

CS2 is heavily CPU

i already cleaned the fan and repasted the gpu and cpu.
i take good care of my laptop, it isn't dusty tho. i clean every week

CS2 is heavily CPU

upgrading isn't an option for now and cs2 cpu heavy but also somewhat more GPU intensive than last game(CS:GO). my core i5 8250u isn't the greatest. my dgpu(mx130 is okay) for some games. If im buying a new computer well i would rather build a new computer instead of pre-build
