CS2 too laggy to play
I have amazing internet. None of my other games feel as laggy as this. Even Arma Reforger runs better than this ♥♥♥♥ and its run by an indy company. Why does valve not care? Are you fat losers spending so much on cases that they cant be bothered to care? WTF is going on

Buy new PC maybe? it will solve your concern.

You are not alone in this. After each update things get even worse. Now I have minus 20 unstable FPS after the latest update.

Delete Direct X Shader Cache, may it help.

cs2 is a very graphical game so it wont be good preformance such as minecraft try changing your graphic settings if you didnt already
