I changed every setting that is related to high performance
Somehow my game isnt smooth although the high FPS

I know bro but still.. I played in my friends computer and it feels so smooth even when I have a much better PC.. I don't get it..
Believe me, it is all in your head as does your friend by any chance have a intel CPU instead of AMD? That's the only thing I can think of since AMD CPU's seem to have more problems vs intel
Also, I can tell you for myself that each day is a mystery when it comes to CS2 being smooth + my shots registering and the next day, it seems like nothing registers.... The desubtick downgrade is a factor i feel has definitely not helped
