Premier Season One Medal requirements?

It's too late.

To be eligible we had to simply get a rating and have it avaiable (not expired) when the season ended.

To be eligible for season 2 you have to get a rating (10 wins) + at least 15 more wins (25 wins total) + have it available when season ends.
Every 25 wins increases the color bar +1 (max 5 bars) with your highest rank colour.

You had to have an active premiere rating during the update that introduced the season one medal.
If you didn't have an active premiere rating by that time you lost the opportunity to get the season one medal.

You just had to get 10 wins during the first season

i had ~ 140 wins or something, but i did not play the game more than 1 year. does that still count? Thanks

You had to have an active rating. Meaning if it had decayed so that you had to win a game to activate it again, you wouldn't get the medal.

just to correct you, for season 1 you could have it expired by the season's end and would still receive it, for season 2 however when it ends you need to have a rating else you are not getting it
