but most of the time it's more "subtle" (if you can call it that), like just players stacking on one bombsite because they can see their enemies across the whole map, or just prefires on all enemies without checking any empty positions.
what's the point of a third-party competitive if they ignore your reports just like Valve does — I do not understand. I helped ban a LOT of cheaters on zengaming and some even on pvpro by just recording demos and sending them to support. (unfortunately both of these platforms are dead now though, despite being popular till the last day before shutdown)
players nowadays start cheating in cs2 even before they actually learn the game. wallhackers accuse you of wallhacking because you heard them zoom while trying to prefire you, because they don't know that zoom sounds are audible to other players.
cheating has almost became normal, it's so "embedded" into the game that I don't see people kicking obvious cheaters anymore even, only on casual and arms race but they're just kicking everyone there just for fun. if there's a vote they need to press f1. I wonder if that affects trust factor and if not — why
They got cheaters on Faceit but its not that much common
"yeah, or deagle 4 headshot kills on important eco rounds, or scout headshot wallbangs — stuff like this happens in pro matches so rarely that Valve literally place graffitis on maps to commemorate such moments."
good pointout you made
