This could be the direction for CS2 over the next couple of years. Instead of the major operations we’ve seen in the past, Valve might be opting for a more consistent stream of cosmetic updates, such as skin collections, battle passes, and seasonal content.
If this model continues, it would likely feel like a more frequent, cosmetic-driven update cycle, with new content and limited-time events keeping things fresh. However, this also means we might not see the same type of operations in the near future.
