CS2 Lag Problem.

I'm having issues when I play multiplayer with my friend on different Internets even on the same one it has the same issue. My game is stuttering when they host the server but when I host it doesn't stutter/lag but it does for them and It's spamming in the console these ticks things. I tried everything resetting my Wi-Fi connection it does nothing I did everything to make sure and it's still doing it. Is there a solution? this game never had problems even On CS:GO legacy. This only happens in practice mode multiplayer It works in Matchmaking but not in Practice mode. If there is any solution to this please let me know.

i get it as well, randomly freezing and rubber banding even though im on 12 ping EU. also found that its a server refresh rate thing always is randomly going red
