match cancelled for network issue?

Never seen this before, my match just got cancelled and we all suspected enemy of cheating. Coincidence? Has this ever happened to you? What causes this? I have once had match cancelled because of cheater conviction but not network issue

Same. But servers has some issues right now, so it's not about cheaters.

It was implemented to prevent a exploit with frequent network connect/disconnect thing which allows someone to walk for 2-3 sec. and peek arround without actually moving his player model (when disconnected from network) and when they connect back they were on the same spot where they left

So its not a issue with server, if somebody frequently do connect and disconnects then it cancel the match and possibly give cooldown to someone who did that (am not sure on cooldown part)
