Anyone else having headphone or Keyboard trouble today and yesterday evening?
Yesterday evening my Headphones stopped working during a match and today I reinstalled all the software. It was working for Noita but in CS2 it stopped working again almost instantly. I assumed it was the haptics (finally wearing down the connection to the dongle but in my premier game just now my keyboard also locked up completely and the game crashed. I am using a Razer keyboard and mouse. I have closed all the Razer software after reconnecting to the match to see if its some conflict between CS2 and Razer software. So far so good but I thought I'd see if its just me.

For some reason i have started having issues with the standard output where i have to manually select my headset everytime i boot up. May it be the same issue you're experincing?

I actually do mostly think its the headset since the headset is old and its got the same issue when the dongle is in different USB ports. (It was having issues most in the keyboard USB port but when I switched it out this morning it worked fine on Noita then almost instantly died upon starting CS2, which I think indicates the haptic vibrations from CS2 are knocking the connections inside the headset instead of a CS2 issue (Noit does not feed back anywhere near as much if at all).

They keyboard could be faulty except it has had no issues until the most recent game and might just be due to some other error based on the headset not working. Or it could all be to do with CS2 and the headset is just more noticeable than they keyboard until the game locks up.

I am getting a new headset tomorrow anyway so I'll guess I'll find out if the headset is old an worn out (I'll be sure to specifically choose the new headset in CS2 though).

Basically I thought it worth checking if it is certainly a hardware issue or a CS2 issue specifically (Its not looking like a CS2 issue given no one else has posted to say they have this issue).

The specific issue is the headset looses connection to the dongle.

Thanks for the reply.

So one game of Arms race with the new headset and I am certain it was the old headset at fault.
I think it must have been causing other issues too because the games running much better today than in the past (not saying I'll play better) but its like a different game. The sound even sounds lightly different.
