Can I still get the medal of season 1 if I never played Premier until now? Like there's still a week left until season 2 comes, right?

Yes, you have a week.
A medal is awarded for the highest achieved rank, even if you lose the title, you will still be given your maximum.

no you don't, but in s2 do, in s2 it will be given for only those who has =>25 wins

The medal will have two differences: its color (depends on your points and what color they are) and stripes in the background for every 25 wins, one stripe has a maximum of 5 such stripes.If you have less than 25 wins, you will just have a medal of a certain color without back stripes.
