That said, repeatedly getting banned to prove a point might not be the power move you think it is. You’re essentially saying, 'I hate this system so much I’m going to keep playing the game I’m mad at,' which… is a bit self-defeating, don’t you think? 😅
If you want change, maybe try suggesting tweaks, like a forgiveness system for accidental friendly fire or scaling penalties for consistent griefers. But, as it stands, the system is there to stop people from turning comp matches into The Hunger Games.
So, yeah, maybe hold back on the bans-for-life plan. After all, it’s hard to enjoy CS when you’re stuck in timeout. 😉
you cant add a feature to the game and ban someone for using the feature. literally smoking crack
Alright, champ, let’s unpack this one step at a time. You’re upset because you think getting banned for excessive friendly fire is unfair. But let’s face it—if you’re lighting up your own team enough to get a cooldown, you’re not just 'using a feature'; you’re abusing it. It’s like having a fire extinguisher in your house and deciding to flood the entire kitchen just because you can.
The point of friendly fire isn’t so you can pop your teammates for fun—it’s there to add tension and force you to play smart. But when you keep deliberately teamkilling, it’s less 'strategic gameplay' and more 'the devs made me do it' tantrum.
Also, getting banned to 'get their attention'? Bro, Valve isn’t sitting there thinking, 'Oh no, NothingWhatSoEver is banned again, we should definitely rethink our system!' They’re more likely saying, 'Cool, one less griefer in the queue today.' 😅
If you really think the system needs a change, maybe rally the community and propose a tweak like a forgiveness vote or more context-based punishment. But straight-up removing bans would just turn comp matches into a Wild West shootout. And let’s be honest—you probably don’t want to play in that chaos either.
So maybe chill on the teamkills and aim for the enemies instead. You’ll rank up faster, avoid bans, and hey, your teammates might even start liking you. 😉

Ah, I see—your master plan is to email Valve and tell them their matchmaking is trash because your teammates won’t plant and two of them left. Bold move, my dude. I’m sure Gabe himself is going to jump right into fixing your personal matchmaking woes. 😏
Look, I get it—bad matches suck. Nobody likes being stuck in a lopsided game or dealing with AFKers. But spraying down your own team isn’t going to fix the skill gap or make the leavers magically reappear. It’s just gonna get you more cooldowns and make your matchmaking experience even worse in the long run.
If you really want to help, report the AFKers, suggest improvements for balancing, and maybe even squad up with a reliable team. But emailing Valve to complain while also bragging about teamkilling is like trying to put out a fire with gasoline. It’s just not the flex you think it is.
And hey, if matchmaking’s really that bad for you, maybe consider taking a breather from comp for a bit. Sometimes a reset does wonders for the soul—and for the sanity of your teammates. 😉
Also team kill allows the bullet to go through the teammate and kill the opponent. Useful when you're holding an angle with the awp and the low IQ glintoid gets in front of you instead of using all the space you left behind you
Casual matches don't have team kill and therefore you can't shoot throught the potato that thinks being a new player is an excuse for being dumb.
