Got overwatch banned for no reason does any1 know of a solution

Yesterday I came home and wanted to play when I got the message that I got game banned in Cs2 by overwatch. They said I used some software enhancing my gameplay although I don't. I'm sure it's a false ban and would like to know if any one of you have a solution for this
