Sorry, I would like to chat and talk about why at the time CS was in gaming houses with computers, I was very small and didn't know how to use PCs, so I just played PS2 games.

Not what you're after sorry, but I remember playing a game of Source back in the day and two people on my team had a very familiar accent, turns out they were brothers from the same location as me!
We arranged to meet up at a local cyber cafe to play, awkward as hell and din't meet again after lol

When I started playing CS it was in 2018 I was already 14 years old so I got a PC that my school had thrown in the trash but this PC was horrible it had 2 gigs of RAM and a Celeron I played Minecraft 1.6 and GTA San Andreas

I played this game when it was a mod, I used to play in internet cafe on LAN and on 56K modems at home. Internet Cafe LAN was a blast, the place would always be full and charged by the hour (it was cheap too) on top of that there were plenty of drugs in there to enhance the experience "wink, wink" I remember when Valve bought them game and they added the tactical shield and I didn't like it, I was also forced to download something called "Steam" to play the same game I have already been playing for a few years. I believe when I first played the counterstrike mod I used a 333mhz AMD CPU and a Voodoo Banshee video Card. Other than that I had loads of fun going to various Lan parties in other peoples houses around town. It's funny because I remember the game having better bullet/hitreg back then than now with the subtic and gig speed fiber optic connection.

There's a story, I think it's very funny in Brazil, CS was already banned because there was a map made by the community and there was a part of Rio de Janeiro hahaha that was in 2008

If we could get the lanparty feeling again, private servers, owned by players with soundboard mods and custom maps, play with the same 50 people on said server those were the glory days, i dont know why valve doesnt assign a team to get more updates, a better more functional home screen, tired of seeing champs of shanghai is the same news for months, etc. Just act like they gaf, we spend on cases and keys and get robbed on some contract upgrades, its like the minimal input to keep people opening cases, because thats what it feels like after 20 years of CS. The fastest most realistic fps in the world shouldnt be turned into COD or some other crappy game with dragons reloading space weapons et.
Keep it realistic keep the cases and skins is fine, but put a dev team on server finders, the current matchmaking controls are really lame.

i play since beta 3.8... that means june 1999. i had also a own clan and a lot of servers.
it was such a great time. we used battlecom as communication tool and icq... we had also friends/gamers with 56k modem... they played with 300 ping... that was so funny :D
