Ah, yes, because spending $1,000 on digital items that don’t even exist in the real world is totally the same as investing in a vacation. Sure, most people spend money on vacations, but at least they can touch their vacation and get more out of it than just a temporary flex. Just don’t pretend it’s the same level of financial wisdom as booking a trip to somewhere worth remembering.

The beach house last year was 17,000 for one week, so about 2,500 per day. Doesn’t include food or renting jet skis. I have been playing cs for about a decade, and have 4500 hours, and about a 4500 inv. That’s one dollar per hour for skins and 100 dollars per hour for vacation (including time sleeping). What did I really get out of vacation, maybe a sunburn and similar memories of the other 100 times I’ve been to the beach. I enjoy my skins and supporting the game.

You must think developers and infrastructure such as servers are free. You are welcome to freeload in a game that you don’t financially contribute to. I will continue to drop a $1 for every hour I play to support the game and its continued development.

My money spent on vacation is gone, I have nothing but photos and fleeting memories. My skins on the other hand I could sell, maybe buy some games, an index or deck. To be honest I don’t think you are in the financial situation to judge or offer advice. People should spend their money on whatever they enjoy and makes them happy.

Opening cases and selling here. Most I ever got out of a sale was 180 on a stat track knife. My only complaint is that prices are to low for them, should be higher. If people buy people buy, wise or not of them, I don't care. I never holded on a good skin, the moment I could it's on the market.
