20 Hours Global Cooldown? WTF.. Ban is this..

I recently received a 20-hour competitive cooldown and I would like to understand the reason behind this penalty. I always strive to adhere to the rules and maintain a positive gaming experience for myself and others.

Furthermore, I live stream all my matches, including the one in question. The match in which I got CD is available for review if necessary. I kindly request you to provide specific details or proof regarding the incident that led to this cooldown. If this was applied in error, I would greatly appreciate a review of the case.
