why cheaters? how come cheating is still possible in 2025?

game there is one cheater at least or more. it kills this game, can devs do something about this? I havent paid for this game to be played by cheaters, this is becoming useless

Play faceit, there people pay to play without cheaters - that's why faceit has way better anti cheat. Valve cannot do anything against them because cheaters - are players as well - they buy and trade, hence, they spen money - that is why there are cooldowns rather temporary bans. Faceit has community of strong players and offers services like anticheat and serious matchmaking and has no connection in cases and skinns, that's why he cares about player's experience
