Cs2 Last update

After the last update
1-İ have too much ms and ping : it always says Net Jitter 250 ms or etc (i dont have any ms or lag at any other ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ games)
2-my Ctrl and Shift buttons not working properly;

when i press ctrl then its not letting me go up when i relase my finger (i checked the setting if i accidently change the setting but its "when pressed")

And sometimes when i switch pressing ctrl and shift buttons i give foot steps idk why
and sometimes it relase itslef and give foot stpes

i fixed it, it just stupid win 11 bug. When i download win10 it fixed
