Valve doesnt know who cheating , because VAC is not Kernel protected .(probably because
of security reasons)
They just putting sus players to play against each others .
In my case I have some weird group of stalkers who can enter into my competitive mach .

there are too much money, too many people salaries on the line, too many orgs, too many agents who depend on cs money making machine to survive
most likely what is gonna happen is some kind marketing play like overwatch, or a new magic anti cheat, wich will ban some players for a while and then we are back in same story
back in csgo they claim overwatch removed cheater but cheating was still pretty high
when i played csgo in old account i couldnt move without getting 1 tapped by some guy running with sniper across the map jumping

nothing gonna change ever
i play a match once in while to have fun. wich is impossible.
i have other games to play.
who cares? cs was always cancer

You act like cheaters are a good thing. You just encourage people to cheat, stop supporting it
