Yes, getting the "Top experience Rank" gives you the ability to act like a 4 yo online.

Awesome! When I get top rank and 15 badges I will just go super toxic and spend all of my time on the mic criticizing everyone for everything. Only thing others will hear is my mic and me being toxic.
