CS2 voice chat volume

How do i fix this ♥♥♥♥. Back in go it was normal but not here. I tried snd_voipvolume but it doesnt change anything. Steam voice output is also at 100%. help please

I had to basically adjust global volume settings for things to make voice chat volume at a decent level, but it requires me to have custom output levels for various programs and then I'll have my audio device at 100% volume and then cs2 volume is set to like 0.25 - 0.3

If I have in game volume at 0.5 or higher, then in game sounds are way too loud and voip is even louder and has too much noise

Idk of any other fix for the voip volume

Is it too quiet on your client even at 100% volume on your output device? Or does it seem like it needs to be lowered? When you type "volume" into the console, what value does it show from 0 to 1 when you hit space?
