You are absolutely right and whenever I load up CS and sit in teamspeak with my friends wanting to play premier we look through the leaderboard and are just disappointed about how valve does not ban them. I always say that at least 900 people of the top 1000 are cheater and it's obvious.

Valve implemented an official leaderboard proving how bad the anti cheat is. That's quite a self-own.

I am like top 980 in the world currently before I dropped down to 1,300 today, I don't think top 1,000 has cheaters on it, they're all clean.
