how to CLEAR cheats/hacks from my pc

so i had EXloader to cheat on my friends server and troll them, but i deleted it and i have some other games that have god tier anticheat and i dont wanna get banned in them, so what should i search for to clean my pc from any possible thing that gets me banned ?

Deleting it should be enough, right?

Reboot your system in SAFE MODE.

Check your startup list, find and disable anything suspicious.
Go to the place where those files were stored, delete everything.

Uninstall the games you want to play and reinstall, but do it in a different location. Best is to use another partition, if you had them on C: install again on D: but if you can't do that, change the main folder.

The best way to make sure you're 99% safe is to purge your system, do a system wide format and a clean install of the OS.

i guess the same, but from what i heard battle eye anticheat search any possible thing, its a kernal lvl anticheat after all, i just wanna be safe

i was searching all my files, startups, everything, and i found the cheat files in SYSTEM32, but the lancher was deleted, i guess im a bit safer now, but still i might format the whole thing as you said

just the removal of software is fine (remove the configs if necessary).
if you don't feel safe - factory reset of your PC should be good.

delete the .exe and restart PC thats all you gotta do
