Report a translation problem
Check your startup list, find and disable anything suspicious.
Go to the place where those files were stored, delete everything.
Uninstall the games you want to play and reinstall, but do it in a different location. Best is to use another partition, if you had them on C: install again on D: but if you can't do that, change the main folder.
The best way to make sure you're 99% safe is to purge your system, do a system wide format and a clean install of the OS.
This is the safest option you have.
if you don't feel safe - factory reset of your PC should be good.
