Contact support, if that doesn't work.
Complain on the faceit subreddit. For some reason reddit is the place to get support nowadays.
It's incredibly frustrating to be locked out of your FACEIT account and receive unhelpful automated responses from support. A lot of people are in the same boat, unfortunately. Here's a breakdown of things you can try and some commentary on the situation:
Things you can try:
Check old email addresses: Exhaust every possible email address you've ever used. Even old, inactive ones. Sometimes accounts are made with emails we barely remember.
Payment information: If you've ever made a purchase on FACEIT, check your bank/PayPal statements. The transaction details might include the email address used for the FACEIT account.
Contact FACEIT support again with specific details: While you mentioned getting automated responses, try again with as much information as you can remember: Previous usernames, dates you might have created the account, any tournament participation details, etc. The more specific you are, the slightly higher the chance a human might take a look.
Community forums/Reddit: Search for similar issues on the FACEIT subreddit or forums. Sometimes community members have found workarounds or have advice on reaching actual support staff.
Consider a new account (temporarily): While not ideal, if you're desperate to play, creating a new account might be the only short-term solution. Just be aware you'll lose any progress on your old account. Keep trying to recover the original, though.

FACEIT's support has received a lot of criticism for slow response times and unhelpful automated replies. This is a common problem with online platforms that experience rapid growth. Hopefully, they'll improve their support system in the future. It's a shame that users have to resort to these kinds of measures to access their own accounts. The lack of a clear account recovery process when you don't know the email is a significant oversight.
Good luck! I hope you're able to regain access to your account. Let me know if you have any other questions.:Support_Terraformers:

As I remember I requested deletion of the account, but it is still available on the site. (https://www.faceit.com/en/players/airstonx) I checked all of my emails and not found the password reset, so I don't know what to do.

You don't have anything like a password manager from prior cookie tracking reasons? If you use a google drive check password manager. If you can't reclaim the information from the email provider service, then this is a good lesson in life! Write passwords down. Keep backups in a folder somewhere encrypted. A slip of paper with a pen stuff it in the wallet? You need to be responsible for the things you have, You cannot rely on others to handle what was yours. Bad spot to be in, as valve does not allow smurfing and you have to make an alt with new account for a faceit connection. I fear you might be banned in the future for IP sharing accounts.

All because you didnt write it down somewhere.

Just keep posting support. Don't lay off. Any entrepreneur with a shred of growth will tell you, Don't stop until you are shut down. Till they block your messages, you keep messaging. Stop only when you give up, and then you let yourself down. Stay on them.
