Logitech G302, razer quality has gone to ♥♥♥♥ past couple of years. I have a 2013 that scroll is messed up and the clicks aren't as crisp as new. If you want a palm grip mouse at that price point i recommend http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826146014 as its the best i've used.

The only difference between the 2 is the chroma is constantly color changing, and has the 10k dpi sensor (you'll never use it that high, 1 tap at 10k dpi sends my mouse flying across 3 monitors) The old deathadder was like 6400 dpi I think, used the same sensor. But used vs new, get the chroma.

Razer's build quality is absolutely horrendous nowadays. Get a Hyperion Fury from Logitech. :)

I have relatively large hands and it feels comfortable to use. Only complaint is theres only 2 side buttons and mouse button #1 can't be binded to another macro or key.

Save yourself problems and don't buy anything Razer. Get Logitech or Steelseries. I've had 3 Razer products and all of them had issues. Never had an issue with the latter.

Guess what, there exist people who have as bad luck with logitech and steelseries. As for me Ive had 3 mice over the past 10 years, a deathadder that I only replaced about 3 years ago with a naga, and the new chroma i just bought last month (naga still works great I just dont like using it for FPS like CS). I agree that a lot of the ♥♥♥♥ razer sells is pretty overpriced for the quality, but most of their mid range mice are good.

Used DeathAdder Chroma for about a year. Haven't had any issue other than Razer's rubbish software. Chroma and 2013 don't have much difference, you won't be using the mouse at 10K dpi and your hand covers the logo lighting most of the time anyway. But if you leave the scroll wheel lighting on static colours, it's handy to know which profile your mouse is using.
