"smiley, crown and hat"?
I noticed a few new icons appearing on the game scoreboard, can anyone explain how does it work? Played the whole match and didnt get one

so that means system somehow decides wether u were friendly, leader or a techer? or how does it work? how does it work and whats good about it

People commend you. You press tab to get the scoreboard, right click on someone's name, and click commend.

If you were commended for being friendly, you'll get 1 smiley. Good leader commend gets 1 crown and good teacher commend gets 1 hat each.

oh now i understand, i just received a smiley, but why it didnt update near my medals, on the csgo profile

I see it often that people don't have the symbol that they actually got the most votes from. So is there a way to chose which one to take?

The icons shown in the leaderboard are the people with the highest of each, not from the match you are playing. You should always be seeing one of each in a match (unless no one playing had ever been commended in one of the categories I guess). It was explained in recent update notes (the Overwatch update I think).

Not so.
I was in a match where I got a Teacher shown in the scoreboard.
When I check other people they had 46 Teacher and I had 1.
So how was I the highest?

I rather meant that I've seen people where the Teacher symbol was highlighted that had 4 Teacher, 5 Friendly and 3 Leader in their CS Stats

After MUBI Merc explained I thought I got it, but now Im confused again.... I didnt find this information how it works in update notes
