No, you don't get EXP in Faceit/ESEA. Only on official Matchmaking/Casual/Deathmatch/Whatever-Servers.

You can Even find them in The community server browser

you havent seen lvl 10 plays then, cause there are so many people in face it lvl 10 who can easily beat global without even trying (just look it up on youtube)
