Desert Eagle damage

Hey, I never rlly played with DEagle because I hated it compared to all the other CS games. Right now I'm giving it a shot again and training with it. Of course, headshots are devastating but I feel that every hit under the head is almost RNG. And the recover for normal spread after a shot is damn weird

It really is, but even in 1v1, if you can't go for that one click, you are 1. lucky that your opponent doesn't hit 2. second shot hits perfectly. And as I said, the damage feels RNGy for me. Sometimes its 50, then its 41, then its 38 for whatever reason. Turns a 2-hit-kill into a 3-hit-kill

The deagle has a huge damage fall-off, which means the more far you are away from your target, the less damage it will do. If the range is less than 10 meters, two shots should be enough to kill someone, but if there is more distance, you need 3 shots. However, the deagle will always be a one-hit headshot, no matter from which range. And the main reason you should use it is that the first shot is accurate within a distance of 50 meters, which makes it more accurate than every other weapon in the game(except sniper rifles). I train with it, too, but i didn´t start using it in competitives yet, because it is really hard to handle. But if you can, you can kill the enemy awper with one shot from a huge range, which is totally worth it.

I have the feeling, the damage even changes in 1-10 meters. I might look again for it.
