Problem with Tesoro Gungnir H5 mouse.

I have bought Tesoro Gungnir H5 mouse and the ingame crosshair stutters from time to time and it only happens in csgo. My settings are 450 dpi, 2.06 ingame sens, 6/11 win sens, raw input on and acc off. Also I have tried meddling with the dpi's and sensitivities and console commands but nothing works, I have even contacted Tesoro support but they're not helping much.

Another note when trying to meddle with the settings I used to play with raw input off and it worked fine until the crosshair started leaping around the screen at random moments. Everything is fine on ingame menu and on desktop but when im playing my crosshair either stutters or leaps around the screen at random moments depending on if i have the raw input on/off.
