i dont really think that it is hardware related. u play other games and these games dont have issues, right?
For some reason turning on VSync and setting your max FPS to the same Hz as your display has stopped the crashes for me.
There's some kind of memory issue with a font that gets drawn when you die or are spectating. It's probably a valve problem and will be fixed by tomorrow. This is happening to people on both windows and Linux, AMD and NVidia.
After the update of today, If I die at some moment, entire game crash. Screen Frozen.
Keyboard unresponsive.
I need to restart the whole Steam to be able to exit and enter again.

RX 6600. Amd drivers installs automatically with OS updates.

OMG VALVE FIX THIS.
I found out during a game and it did cost me the game as crashes started happening on every single death.
