cs does not open, it starts up and then works but there is no screen, then before 1 minute is up, it starts up again

this recent small update, My game completely freezes then and mouse will not work after a couple minutes of gameplay.

specs? there's a new AMD driver update that got pushed out less than a week ago or so. could fix. also, get new chipset drivers if you can. also... good luck.

Nothing to do with drivers. This little patch they just dropped completely bricked the game for Linux users. I cannot play as well.

Yesterday i hade the same problem!

I solved the problem by changing the scaling mode in the AMD Adrenaline driver, in the CS2 profile, from "Full Screen" to "Global Default Setting" ("Maintain aspect ratio" also works!).
CS.exe *doesn't* start as an administrator, and in Properties/Compatibility, the "Disable fullscreen optimization" option is *not active*.
