Where is my last match?

My friend and I had a match in Mirage and we won. At the end of the match, we watched ending but both of us had a problem with cs2. We reloaded the game many times but now we both can't see in the match history and we did not have our points. Would you mind fixing these problems? so we can have fun and play?????
