shanghai major pick em

i guessed in opening stage only 1 team and in eleminatiotn stage 7 out of 10 teams, but i still have the bronze coin. How to fix it?

Maybe u didn't paid a viewerpass, because if u have prime u can do pick em but u will not get a coin or something else, if u have a viewerpass u need to be sure that u do minimum 3 tasks to upgrade your coin, u can see in the game, when you pay the viewerpass u automatically complete first task then u need to do Pick em, and then u need to do minimum 5 correct pick em

There's no information that if you buy the pass late the earlier challenges don't count :( I assumed I had completed them, since I did exactly what it said.

All players with Prime status can place Pick'Em picks for free! However, to complete challenges and earn rewards from an event stage, you will have to activate a Viewer Pass before that stage begins.

Why should it be necessary to read a patch note? That info should be there in game, otherwise the game is just misleading.
