I got banned on cs2 after 100% hs wingman game and i don`t understand how

In game i have got a status being VAC banned by vac live so it must be some files or unregular game mechanincs that i got banned for, but in steam support it has status of Overwatch ban. so tell me pls what type of ban it is and how and when Valve will response with live active admin or manager since i did 4 ban apeals in 30 days and only bot and same 1 respons, i can prove by my pc legit check that i am not a cheater, i would never cheat or try to have and sort of unfair advantage versus my oponents. I played this game since 2019 and tracked the pro scene since 2017 when Gambit won Major PGL, i never used cheats, i played 1.6, cs source, cs go and now i played over 400 premier matches in CS2. I had my peak at 26k and fastly went down again at my average peak of 23k and after my litle fall off i went to faceit where i was carrying games on low elo and at the same time i some how managed loosing to way lower skill players in MM and wingman matches, i have only vission of what or for what i got banned, my last ever game/match befor ban was a wingman match on supreme or lem levels against same skill players where i out a comeback perfomance with 100% and had only 10/9 k/d, if you want a proof how i did that i have demo of this game and history im my achievments in the game, then i did not played for maybe 13 hours, rebooted my pc from new windows version update with gygabyte drivers and i got my auto open steam mail with orange-yellow tablo that i had received a vac ban for cheating. i almost fall down and went silent for 15 minutes, i dont understand this new VAC system, why am i not a cheater but average player geting banned while there is full rage enemies and top 1% players above 1.5 kd with like 90-100% every game playing for years and still do not geting banned, i feel a heartbreak and big disapointment, i trusted that this game was it after they did good optimisation with graphics and my game could perform above my monitor hz, now i have 30 days ban and i still wait for a litle hope of geting unbaned, i wish somebody will see or respond to this message that came from my soul, if you want you can also tell your story down or same experience and what happend next, thank you for reading this.

that sucks man. i’d be just as confused if i got banned after a normal game like that. if it says vac live in game but overwatch on steam support, it’s probably some mess with how the system handled your match. could be false detection from your drivers or something running in the background after the windows update. cs2’s anticheat is really weird right now, the worst part is valve doesn’t really explain anything. the support replies are just bots, and even if you appeal, they almost never look deeper. you’ve clearly been playing for years and care about the game, so i get how hard this hits, you’re not the only one either. a lot of players got random bans lately, especially after updates. if you have the demo and proof you were clean, maybe post it somewhere public like reddit or twitter. it’s your best shot at getting attention since valve doesn’t really respond in private, hope you get a real review man. no one deserves to get banned over nothing, and since it was vac live it was likely ai who saw it and thought you were cheating and using aimbot

you would likely get unbanned if they saw it was a mistake, but if not, we cant do much to help you

thank you for explaing, i will try this out, this is logicaly my first try/atempt to publicly anounce this problem over steam, i only talked about it to my steam friends who reache out to me after i got banned

I used steam link with a ps4 joystick and that trigered the VAC system, yeh, everything is working like a piece of garbage in this game.

i also have a gamepad/joystick could be same situation, you can see in my steam profile that i play a lot of eFootball even tho i hate it haha
