The situation is this

The map has started. Warm-up.
One inadequate player was initially disturbing his teammates.
After the warm-up, he started insulting everyone in the chat, after which I suggested kicking him.
He was not kicked.
Then came the suggestion to kick me (from him, naturally), I was kicked.
Now when I try to find a new game, I get thrown to the same server within 10 minutes, but I can't play there, because "Your client is not allowed to play on this server"

What kind of idiot developed this system?

Im starting to think that it is all non human interacted and strictly AI controlled and managed 100% which is stupid!

I'm not sure if you understood the meaning of what was written in the first post.

When you get kicked from a casual lobby there is a 10 minute ban from that "server", this it to prevent cheaters or bad actors from harassing the same lobby repeatedly. To connect to a different server you need to either select a different map group or wait until that server is full to connect to another in the same group.
The logic behind this system is good, the toxic community is another story.

Thanks for the explanation. I haven't seen a guide like this anywhere.
