Cs2 feels like 60hz
I got a 360hz minuter, 4070, 14th gen I5 14600k. Runs about 350-450fps but seems like my fps geting lower and lowker by day, got those fps 2 weeknd ago now im on like 250-350. And the game feels very slow for those fps like im playing on 60hz. Tried everything, differentials nvidia drivers, clean window, changing to all cores, start commands. Tweaking cpu work process lasso. Nothing seems to work, runs smoother one day and slower the next again?
Also only have 30% on both CPU and god usage

It sounds like you're experiencing some frustrating performance issues in CS2. That's definitely not ideal with a setup like yours!
It's strange that your FPS seems to fluctuate so much. Have you tried monitoring your system resources while playing? You mentioned 30% CPU and GPU usage, but seeing the specific resource usage peaks could help pinpoint the bottleneck.
Perhaps there are some background processes competing for resources when performance is lower.

My performance numbes in number ways is good temps is good, just not using full capacity of cpu and you, got a new psu if it would help but not, every game runs perfect but cs2 tried to tweak pretty musch every nvidia setting and cs2 setting. Runs good one day then the next day the game feels like 60hz i dont think its a hardware problem.
The frame pacing is awful. The only way to fix it, is by using the recommended setting of gsync + vsync + reflex. Or by limiting the fps using RTSS, but that reduces trust factor.
I have 180hz monitor and it feels like im playing on 75hz monitor :steamsad:
i never had this problem tho ... rly strange
hope u'll find a fix

I have this since the Grail map Update. No solution so far.
Check your advanced display settings in Windows, make sure it's 144hz, Windows defaults to 60.

same problem with me, i lost over 200 fps on ryzen with 24 cores.
Press TAB for 1~3 seconds.
For some reason, the FPS goes back to normal.
Then, if it happens in another round, again, just hold TAB, again.

Try it and report back, here.
If pressing TAB fixes it, then it's a CS2 code bug.

I think the only thing to do is to quit the game and come back when the devs actually fix the game.
