Maybe it doesn't even make sense to write this, but I just want those of us who want to play fair and without cheating to play separately from those who don't.
Simply open servers where hacking is allowed and let them play there. Trust me, cheating and using hacks would be cut in half. PEOPLE LIKE TO DO WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED!! ALLOW THEM TO HACK AND THEY WILL NOT HAVE FUN ANYMORE!!

No, you didn't understand, especially a server for such "players", meaning open to all possible parasites. And on the other side with a slightly better VAC and stronger administration, normal servers for normal players..
