Why china are pumping prices of skins?

So the cs2 market has reached $5b , and leaks showed that Chinese rich men are bulk buying items , manipulating the prices and increasing them .

Why are they doing this? Like what do they gain? Is it a help for poorons to buy more food or smth?
Any Chinese or guy can leak why they doing this?
Also , the pump wont stop (leaked info) .

I wasn’t keeping an eye on the steam market prices, so I had no clue there was a pump going on. Just checked and the knife I bought for $3,000 is now almost worth $6,000 on tradeit.

Wdym, it isn't ugly.
The only ugly knives are scorched, safari mesh and other skin-images that cover the whole model without any details on it. Ultraviolet is a nice knife skin even if field-tested.
