Black screen when joining a comp, deathmatch

I have stumple'd uppon this odd issue, when i load the game no issues at all, but once i go into a game and choose a team, my screen turns completely black, and no sound at all. It's ONLY on this account, tested on multiple computers. My main account works completely fine with no issue at all

Try lowering the resolution from launch options or from in-game video settings

I have made sure everything is up to date, both my graphic cards, my reso is normal, again I have no issues on other accounts, and specfially this one account has this issue, on multiple computers, so its the account, not the computers

You need to go to the main Steam folder, and to the userdata folder, “my way looks like this (D:/ Steam / userdata)”.
Then you determine under what SteamID account on which your problem is present, and the second account on which this problem is not present. Copy all the contents of the folder of the account on which there is no problem, and transfer them to the folder of the account where the problem was created. accept the replacement of similar files, and try to enter the game. I found this way, it worked for me.

That sounds like a specific technical issue Dior SKINS is facing. It's great that another user has found a potential workaround!
Let's stick to the topic at hand though – finding solutions for problems within CS2 itself.

I have same problem bro, I have reinstalled Windows twice with full removal of disks C and D twi times, and same, but when I login in other account Steam - all working, with same settings in CS2..... Idk how fix that
