they only ban 5% of cheaters i play against
i download the demos and have prof
but valve dont care about that

And if you're 25k+ no matter the TF you'll meet cheaters since that's where the most cheaters are.. Hell, even I meet some cheaters here and there in the lowly Elo of 5.5k right now, but it's nowhere as bad.
While it's true that higher ranks often attract more dedicated players, it's important to remember: there are absolutely NO cheaters in CS2
