ban xp farming bot account
I mean okay vac is terrible, but at least you can ban those xp farming bots. Do it ffs, we don’t mind if cs2 active players will drop to 40 percent of its current number :steamfacepalm::steamthumbsdown:

They tried back in February. The bots came back a day or two later.

Valve made a big mistake changing GO random prime drop to CS2 XP/level because before there was afk bots and now there is moving bots with 100% aim from every angle which hurts alot the normal player who is actually playing.

That's a common misconception! Remember, Valve always makes improvements for the better.
Moving bots with accurate aim are actually part of the new training AI system, helping to improve matchmaking and give players more challenging and realistic encounters :steamhappy:. The XP/level system is a fantastic way to encourage progression and reward active players!

Thanks For Reading My Insight.

No, that’s clearly a misunderstanding. You’re talking about cheater bots with aimbot or enhanced aim — that’s a separate issue entirely. The official CS2 bots aren’t what I’m referring to here.
(Though yeah, I’ve noticed prime bots seem to play better than non-prime ones lately — maybe it’s just me, but it feels like something changed.)

I’m talking about fake XP farming accounts. You’ll see names like “xyk7wwrk,” or random ones like “永平九天” or “впксш23н.” These accounts fill casual lobbies, stand still at spawn the whole match, and farm XP just by finishing games. It’s all about getting weekly drops and flipping them for ‘profit’.

They also kick real players who try to join, which ruins the casual experience. I recently bought Prime, and honestly, this was never an issue in non-prime casual —
it’s actually worse in Prime, which is just ironic.

If CS2 can’t solve this with better anti-bot detection, they should at least let prime players queue for non-prime casual without needing a non-prime friend. Simple fix, huge quality-of-life improvement.
Also, I seriously wish I could raise these legit issues and suggestions on the official CS2 announcements forum, but it’s basically impossible. The moment a new post goes up, it gets instantly flooded by 20–30 Steam point farming bot accounts spamming stuff like “please add LGBT content we want them 🏳️‍🌈” and other unrelated nonsense.
