FPS with Ryzen 9 7945hx + RTX 4070 + 32GB RAM

Hey,
Wondering whats the ideal fps for the above mentioned config.
I am getting around 200fps. Seems a bit low.
What you think and whats your suggestion to make it better?

Also i have often some sort of network lag for 1-2 sec recently. I never faced that before with another laptop. So the net is fine. Looking for some solution for both.

i rcomand going with the res to 1080 (if its a 1440p/4k display), and most of the settings to medium to low. most ppl play with these settings :D

its laptop buddy.its always about laptops when it comes to fps and lag.you may change your setting to use more power than power saving mod and use better coolpad and always plug power cable to your laptop while playing.and you may install some required things for games such as direct x and visual c++ and ....furthermore you can change something in your nvidia setting.the best thing you can ever do is update your graphic card.however i heared there were some downside update new updates but there is no worries they gonna fix that soon.maybe they have done it already
