Which 4/3 should I choose for full hd 27 inches?

Hi! Could you tell me which "4/3" to choose for a 27-inch FULL HD monitor so that the quality is normal? I have a resolution of 1440 by 1080, but some people recommend setting the value from 1980 to 1600 so that the quality is better. Does it make sense?
