How to enable overtime on practice casual games?

Hello.

My friends and I play local LAN games on practice casual mode. Max rounds set to 24. If we end at 12-12 it ends the game with a tie. I tried the overtime command in the console but games still ended with a tie. How can I enable 6 round overtime in casual games? Any help is appreciated.
