CS2 Random Lag Spikes

Recently, as in the last few days, every cs2 match has had massive lag spikes that last anywhere from a second to 10 seconds, about 3 times per round every match. I know my internet is fine as other players have corroborated my findings. Not looking for an answer, just wondering if other players have recently experienced this?

Too, SSD m2 fix this problem for me

I have 2 m.2 ssds, my system isnt the problem. Its been fine for months before this.

Since the last update, I've also experience massive lag spikes/chugging and crashes to black screen. Specially in the beginning of the round. Clearing shaders does nothing and it's not packet loss. I've even disabled my shader cache, cuz that used to cause a similar problem.
