Ban without proof or contact of any sort ( new here )
Hello, I'm new to writing in discussion threads so I do apologise if this is out of place or written poorly.
I've apparently been banned from CS2 ( VAC and by GM from what I understand ) . So a few things I'd like to put out here :
1. I've never cheated in ANY online game ( hard to proof if not impossible I know.. ).
2. When I've noticed this initially, I've tried to reach out to absolutely zero communication received. Upon checking '' last time played '' I've noticed that it has been played on my account, wasn't by me sadly ( idk how I could prove that as well so .. ). I barely play CS2 tbh.
3. I couldn't care less about CS2, it's not a game for me, all I wanted was to remove that stain from my account as a cheater.
4. From what I gather is has been viewed by a person, and said person determined that I was cheating in CS2. I'm not that informed when it comes to what cheaters can do with accounts so my guesses are : A) The person reviewing said ban missed something or didn't due his/hers due diligence. B) The person that took control of my account got away with it by appearing completely ordinary in behaviours.
5. Where's the accountability of the individuals that are reviewing cheat reports and such ? Why wasn't I contacted at any point ? Why am I NOT allowed to plead my case against the decision ? Why Valve hasn't replied to my attempt to contact them regarding this ?

False bans are automatically removed yet after 77 days in your case it clearly means there was no error you must have done one or more of the following:
-Cheating.
-Manipulation of matchmaking rank by deranking or falsely increasing your Skill Group or Counter-Strike Rating.
-Botting and/or automation.
-Intentionally interfering with the normal operation of game servers or other players.

I do not how to prove this to anyone, I did not cheat in CS2, I haven't cheated in online game once. My best guess my acc was compromised.
This is absolute insanity to me, no way to appeal it or even speak to anyone that would be able to look into this.

I've done none of this things, ever, in any game. I have no interest in CS2 to start with, they can take that game off my account I couldn't care less. I want ban off my account, I didn't cheat, they need to fix it.
And yet there's no way for me to get in touch with anyone regarding this.

The funny thing is you got banned in only 15 hours in CS2 which means you clearly did something really stupid to get banned so fast.
Game bans in cs2 can be for cheating, griefing, or matchmaking manipulation.

If your ban is false, it will be automatically removed at a later time, otherwise it's permanent and can't be appealed under any circumstances. As your ban is already over 2 months old, the chances of it being false are extremely slim.

Please note that steam support is unable to remove or investigate game bans in cs2, or any game for that matter.

It does not matter who was using the account at the time of the infraction. Account breaks the rules = account banned.

Some of you are crazy.. There's 0 proof of me cheating, they never contacted me, never replied to my 2 attempts at contacting them.
THEY messed up here and they're shielding themselves from any responsibility. The fact that I cannot get in touch with them regarding this is absolute abuse of power. I didn't break ToS, I didn't do ♥♥♥♥ to flag my account.
They haven't provide me with ANYTING, no warnings , no proof , no communication at any stage of this ban going through. I didn't even seen it until about a month into the ban since I don't use Steam all that much.
Users should have a way to contact these teams no matter what issue may be.

They decide if it false or not don't they ?
The decision is one-sided, I never got to plead my case for it.
Also : '' It does not matter who was using the account at the time of the infraction. Account breaks the rules = account banned. ''
So if my account let's say got hacked it's still on me then ? They have zero responsibility for keeping accounts safe ?

Where's the proof that I cheated ? Where's the proof that my account wasn't compromised ? Where's my right to dispute the decision ?

Unlikely, I don't even know if the current number on the account is my current number or an old one. I just can't wrap my head around the fact that I can't get in touch with anyone regarding this.

Judging how you only have 3 friends and 2 names within 11 years of "owning" this account and getting banned by Overwatch in just 15 hours suggests that you bought this stolen account and played with crappy cheats which get detected fast.

Farewell.

If you think that your external cheat cant be banned, i tell u to think again.
You will get banned if u use external aimbot/wallhack...
Good luck next account.
