generally there always be some cheaters in all games but they are not frequent also many ppl who do good play or play good are called cheaters because they just win by being better
so you should play and try it out, without asking us because everyone will give different answer

If you enjoy it then keep playing yes, all the talks of cheaters will make you paranoid but I've seen 100% cheaters that still suck so you can still beat them

In CS you learn things that other shooters can't teach you, so it's definitely worth it. If you prefer realistic shooters, CS is not suitable because it's completely arcade.

Game is 100% random, no skill is needed. If you want to win you have to get cheats
